About Our Day
We are very excited about our special day, but we want there to be a few surprises for you, too! So without spoiling too much, here is what you need to know:
Ceremony
Our ceremony will commence at 2:30 p.m. on the riverside of Mulberry Estate. Please arrive around 2 p.m. to have enough time to park at the venue, grab some confetti and tissues, and find a seat. There will be no allocated seats for the ceremony, and we encourage you to pick a seat on either side of the aisle.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so please ensure your phones are on silent and put away. We will have two amazing photographers and videographers catching every moment of the ceremony, so sit back and enjoy!

The in between
After the ceremony, we will be accepting congratulations before we go to take some family and bridal party photos, we will then be going off into the vineyards for some Bride and Groom photos before the reception.
In the mean time, it will be a great time for you all to mingle and tell stories of how you know us.
There will be some entertainment arranged, the open bar will start and canapes will be served.
As we are returning from our photos, our wedding coordinator will bring you into the reception room before the party begins.

Reception
Our reception will begin by 6 p.m. (it might be earlier, so please stick around) in the Champagne Room of Mulberry Estate.
The reception will include a sit-down three-course dinner, speeches, cake cutting, and A LOT of dancing!
There will be an open bar that will run until 11.30 p.m.
The night will end at midnight

FAQs
Can I plus one or bring my kids?
The more the merrier! Plus ones can be arranged for serious relationships at the time of RSVP-ing.
Kids are welcome but we ask that you look after the kids you bring.
What should I wear?
Our event is semi-formal/cocktail, so suit and tie for men and classy dresses for ladies; soft and natural colours are encouraged.
Our wedding party will be in shades of green, but that does not mean you cannot wear green too.
Ladies, please be aware that the ceremony will be in a grassy area, you may need heel protectors to avoid sinking into grass
Where should I sit?
At our ceremony you can choose your seat (not a side); we're all family once the knot is tied
Table seating will be arranged for the reception and there will be a seating chart to refer to
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer and videographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
When will we eat and drink?
After the ceremony, there will be canapes served. Then dinner will begin to be served after 6pm at the reception, this will be a 3 course sit down dinner
The open bar will begin approx 3.30 pm after the ceremony and run until approx 11.30 pm
Will the ceremony and reception be outside or inside?
Our ceremony will be outside on the riverside of Mulberry Estate and the reception will be inside in the Champagne Room of Mulberry Estate. The time between the ceremony and reception will also be on the lawn
